Training

    GTC's training courses are designed to enable our licensees to commission and operate their plants
    safely. Utilizing customized operating guidelines developed by GTC, our classroom training courses
    provide in-depth coverage on the following topics:

Process Fundamentals & Operating Variables
Startup and Shutdown Procedures
Troubleshooting Guidelines
Process Safety

Additional Training needs are discussed with our licensees on a case-by-case basis and enhanced
support is provided by GTC as required.

Commissioning Activities/Start Up Support

GTC specialists provide on-site advisory services to our licensees during the pre-commissioning,
commissioning, start-up, and initial operating phases of plant operation. Our teams provide:

Plant surveys to ensure compliance with GTC's design requirements
Guidance on any specific chemical and catalyst loading procedures
Process monitoring inputs to enable safe achievement of full-scale production in a timely manner
Assistance in conducting performance guarantee tests

Once the plant enters into a commercial production mode, GTC offers long-term technical support to
licensees with the continued profitable operations of their plants.

HAZOP Studies

    GTC can complete HAZOP studies in conjunction with our proprietary technologies. HAZOP evaluations
    can be carried out at a client site, DE Contractor site, or in GTC's office. The HAZOP reports are issued in
    an easy to follow format for smooth and fast implementation. The technical recommendations are based
    on our most recent units in operation while also incorporating the most up-to-date inprovements in safety
    operation of plants.
